Save the date – from 3 to 6 July 2023
The Organization Committee, the Scientific Committee, the Federation of European Societies of Plant Biology, the French Society of Plant Biology and the Biosciences and Biotechnology Institute of Aix-Marseille welcome you to the next Plant Biology Europe meeting which will be held in Marseille, in the south of France from 3 to 6 July 2023.
This international meeting will cover a wide range of Plant Science topics across multiple disciplines and at different scales. Previous editions in Copenhagen and Turin attracted around 900 scientists from Europe and around the world.
Among the many different themes that will be addressed during the meeting a particular emphasis will be placed on plants and climate change, algal biology and bioenergy, and plant science contributions to sustainable development goals.
Marseille is lively port city in the heart of the Provence region, with an ancient and rich cultural heritage. The meeting will take place in the « Palais du Pharo », a remarkable architectural site with outstanding views over the bay of Marseille and the Mediterranean sea.
