A Research and Development workshop integrated to the platform allows the development of innovative devices, to meet specific and individualized experimental needs.

The internal technical mastery of all the technological means implemented in PHYTOTEC associated with a long-standing quality approach guarantee an optimal reliability. The maintenance of the experimental conditions of the installations is ensured by a control-command system driven by the In Touch supervision software. This system participates in the monitoring system by sending computer alarms that are transmitted by remote call to the 24-hour on-call agent. The reliability of the installation is reinforced by the implementation of a Computer Assisted Maintenance Management for the follow-up and the maintenance of the infrastructures.
